About Coaching

What is Coaching?

Coaching is partnering with clients in a thought provoking and creative process that inspires them to maximize their personal and professional potential. It is an extremely powerful and effective process and one of the most favoured personal and professional development tools for mature ambitious individuals, business owners and corporate leaders all over the world.

  • ⇒ The coach works one-on one- with the coachee to understand his/her unique strengths and developmental gaps and provides a framework to create, implement and track a performance plan to succeed in any situation.
  • ⇒ A judicious mix of skills, tools and processes combined with his/her own personal and professional experience allows the coach to understand the coachee’ s current situation and provide the much-needed external perspective without fear or favour.
  • ⇒ The coaching environment is a safe place for executives to unwind and assess their skills and to identify their blind spots and growth areas.

How It Works?

A combination of strong processes and tools with a customised approach tailored to take into account the context and complexity of individual situation characterises each of our engagements. That makes every coaching engagement a unique experience and just as every individual and organization is different, so is the coaching approach and outcome.

The process is divided broadly into four stages

We begin with a no- obligations assessment /chemistry meeting with the intended client as well as the organizational sponsor (in executive coaching cases) to understand the context and agenda of coaching. This helps both sides understand each other and evaluate if coaching and the coach is the best fit for their situation.

Through a mix of one-on-one coaching conversations, tools and assessments the coach constructs a detailed persona and profile of the coachee complete with strengths and opportunity areas on parameters of skill, behaviour and attitudes.

Deep and incisive insights and some concrete actionable inputs emerge from a combination of all of the above which are put together and shared with the coachee, with complete confidentiality and utmost respect and tact.
